Assistant Treasurer

Carol began her career as an Accounts Payable Associate in 1979. After coding invoices, she moved to being the receptionist, assisting Bob Ruckriegel with secretarial duties, eventually becoming his Executive Assistant. Working with Bob for over two decades taught her the basics of real estate and gave her the opportunity to work with developers, tenants, and landlords,. During that time frame, SERVUS! doubled and developed the number of restaurants in operation, as well as grew their non-operating portfolio. In 2005, Carol transitioned to the role of Real Estate Manager, overseeing in-house and third-party leases, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Today, as Director of Real Estate & Facilities, she enjoys working with current and prospective tenants, buyers and sellers, and the many real estate professionals she is lucky to meet.

Married with two grown children, travel is Carol’s favorite pastime. She currently sits as a member of the Dubois County Junior Achievement Advisory Board,
